Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Akkodis is seeking a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert for a Contract job with a client in Lisle, IL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infor LN, Baan IV C4, Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS), Finance & Accounting processes, and ERP integrations, along with strong business-facing consulting and delivery leadership capabilities. Rate Range: $62/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead functional analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities for Infor LN, Baan IV C4, and Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS) environments.
• Develop Functional Specifications, testing strategies, test scripts, test cases, and execution plans while ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
• Configure and support Finance and Accounting modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Costing, Multi-Company Structures, Advice of Entry, and Miscellaneous Journal processing.
• Design and support integrations utilizing Infor ION, including Business Object Documents (BODs), Business Data Extensions (BDEs), XML interfaces, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Support financial period-end activities, trial balance generation, journal processing, financial reconciliations, and accounting close procedures.
• Manage interfaces between Infor LN and external ERP systems, including transactions involving receipts, issues, inventory adjustments, purchase invoices, debit memos, and credit memos.
• Support data migration, master data setup, system configuration, and validation activities related to ERP implementations and enhancements.
• Provide expertise related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), electronic invoicing, and manufacturing business processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting Infor LN, Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS), or Baan IV C4 ERP environments.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance and Accounting processes within ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION integration tools, BODs, BDE Extensions, XML messaging, and enterprise application integrations.
• Deep understanding of financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, Cash Management, and financial close processes.
• Experience developing functional specifications, conducting testing activities, and supporting ERP implementations and upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive industry experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or finance operations.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related business disciplines.
• Experience with EDI transactions, electronic invoicing systems, and supplier/customer integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of Infor and Baan technical architecture and supporting technologies.
• Experience managing multi-company ERP environments and complex global business processes.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional delivery initiatives.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $65.00 per hour
