As a Manufacturing Tech, you will:
- Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies
- Determine and develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
- Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
- Collect and plots data related to statistical process control, and work with engineering, production operators and supervisors to improve efficiencies
- Uses the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area
This is a full time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- MUST HAVE IPC610, PCB, exp
- Solder Training, Solder Certificate
- Circuit Board
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Required PPE: safety shoes and safety glasses
- Ability to stand, squat, push/pull, reach overhead, and climb a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 26 lbs occasionally and 22 lbs repetitively
Payrate: $30.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
