- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans via telehealth
- Supervise and train RBTs through live video sessions
- Analyze session data and update programs on a regular basis
- Lead parent and caregiver training sessions online
- Keep documentation and authorizations current for funders
Must Haves
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Iowa licensure or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with FBAs, treatment planning and RBT supervision
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and data collection software
- Strong communication and organization skills
