Job Title: BCBA Position Overview BCBA: an excellent opportunity in Rhode Island for someone ready to make an impact from day one. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (team member) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The team member provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs. **Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
