BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Sioux City, IA We are hiring a dedicated BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst for an established ABA clinic and community program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and skills assessments and write treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs in clinic, home and school settings
- Analyze data and adjust programs to drive progress
- Train parents and caregivers in person and remotely
- Coordinate with schools, therapists and families
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Iowa behavior analyst licensure or eligibility
- Experience supervising RBTs and writing treatment plans
- Able to travel locally for in-person sessions
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
