Job Title: Infection Preventionist RN Position Overview Infection Preventionist RN: A skilled nursing facility in the greater Milwaukee area is seeking an RN to lead its infection prevention and control program and keep residents and staff safe. What You Will Do
- Run the facility infection prevention and control program
- Track, analyze and report infections and outbreaks
- Lead antibiotic stewardship and immunization tracking
- Educate staff on hand hygiene, PPE and isolation practices
- Keep the program compliant with CMS, CDC and Wisconsin requirements

Qualifications
Infection Preventionist RN: here is what we are looking for.
- Active Wisconsin RN license or a multistate (compact) RN license
- Infection prevention or infection control experience in a healthcare setting (skilled nursing preferred)
- Knowledge of CMS and CDC infection control guidance
- Infection prevention certification is a plus
