BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Hampton Roads, VA
We are hiring a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing ABA team serving children and families across Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and nearby). This is an on-site/hybrid role with full-time and part-time options.
Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 per year salaried, or $60 – $80 per hour.
What you will do as our BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
- Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
- Supervise, train and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Lead parent and caregiver training
- Keep accurate clinical documentation that meets BACB, regulatory and insurance standards
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification (BACB)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or a related field
- Virginia behavior analyst licensure, or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
