We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to support high-visibility communication initiatives for a remote SAAS/AI Company. This is a Contract position suited for an experienced designer who can transform dense, complex information into clear, compelling presentation materials for executive and client-facing audiences. The ideal candidate brings strong visual storytelling skills, confidence working directly with senior stakeholders, and the ability to shape ideas from rough concepts into refined decks for major events, sales efforts, and corporate presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality presentation decks that turn complex business and technical content into clear, visually engaging stories for executive, corporate, and sales audiences.
- Partner directly with senior leaders to capture ideas, sketch presentation direction, and align on messaging, structure, and design approach from the earliest stages.
- Design slide layouts, visual systems, and narrative flow that improve clarity while maintaining a high standard of consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop animations and dynamic visual elements that strengthen storytelling and enhance the impact of key presentations.
- Support intermittent, high-priority initiatives such as flagship events, corporate kickoff sessions, strategic business updates, and major pitch presentations.
- Refine rough concepts, notes, and source materials into concise, audience-ready decks that communicate the most important points effectively.
- Manage multiple presentation requests with flexibility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight turnaround times.
- Apply desktop publishing and presentation design best practices to produce accurate, detail-oriented materials suitable for high-visibility settings.
- Demonstrated experience creating presentation decks in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive or client-facing environments.
- Strong ability to simplify large volumes of complex information into concise, visually compelling content.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills, including layout development, formatting, and animation techniques.
- Proven strength in visual storytelling, with the ability to build presentations that communicate a clear narrative.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and translating loosely defined ideas into structured deliverables.
- Background in presentation design, desktop publishing, or a related creative discipline.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on an intermittent contract basis while meeting deadlines for critical business events.
