Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise resource planning systems, with a primary focus on DEACOM ERP and related integrations. This individual will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party partners to help ensure ERP processes align with operational goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across supply chain, inventory, production, finance, quality, and customer service functions.
This is a contract position with the opportunity to be fully remote. The duration is expected to be about 6 months. There is potential for the role to be converted to a permanent position for the right candiate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the architecture, implementation, and optimization of DEACOM ERP
- Translate business requirements into system and process solutions
- Configure and improve ERP modules to enhance usability and performance
- Evaluate enhancements and recommend best practices with minimal customization
- Support upgrades, testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Improve processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, inventory, and finance
- Support manufacturing and supply chain operations including BOMs, formulas/recipes, scheduling, batch production, lot traceability, warehouse operations, shipping, and quality management
- Lead ERP-related projects, documentation, timelines, and risk tracking
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on integrations and system initiatives
- Support reporting and analytics using SQL, ERP reporting tools, and dashboard solutions
- Help ensure system alignment with regulatory, documentation, audit, and traceability requirements
- 7+ years of ERP implementation and/or solution design experience
- 5+ years of hands-on DEACOM ERP experience
- Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments
- Strong understanding of inventory, procurement, finance, quality, and manufacturing operations
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and related systems
- Strong SQL skills
- Proven ability to manage projects, solve problems, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
