- Prepare well-supported pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and internal legal analyses tailored to the facts and procedural posture of each case.
- Research statutes, case law, and procedural rules to help shape litigation strategy and advise on case direction.
- Represent the firm at court appearances, mediations, depositions, and client conferences, with increasing responsibility based on experience.

- Communicate regularly with clients to explain legal options, set expectations, and provide practical guidance during sensitive matters.
- Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- At least 1 year of legal experience, or comparable hands-on experience gained before bar admission through roles such as law clerk, paralegal, or litigation support.
- Demonstrated exposure to litigation, with the ability to manage procedural deadlines and support case advancement.

- Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and persuasive writing capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to appear in court and develop as an advocate in a fast-paced practice.
