Are you a quality leader who thrives on precision, continuous improvement, and operational excellence? We are looking for a high-impact Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead our quality strategy from end to end.
In this role, you won't just maintain standards - you will set them. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, interface directly with customers and subcontractors, and drive rigorous quality control processes that ensure our products exceed industry expectations every single time.
salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Quality Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams through product quality planning, root-cause analysis, corrective action strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion QMS & NADCAP Excellence: Oversee and elevate our QMS while leveraging your deep NADCAP expertise to maintain rigorous compliance and operational standards.
- Translate Data into Action: Analyze QMS performance metrics and present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary voice of quality when engaging with key customers, subcontractors, and internal partners regarding technical standards and requirements.
- Manage Resources & Talent: Identify, allocate, and optimize the personnel and technical resources needed to support a world-class quality assurance program.
