We’re hiring an Invoice Analyst / Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume Invoicing Department in Lakeland, FL. This role is ideal for someone with previous invoice processing, billing, or accounts payable support experience who is comfortable working with numbers, performing repetitive 10-key data entry, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately enter and process invoice information into Publix’s internal system
- Perform high-volume invoice and numeric data entry throughout the workday
- Review invoice details for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding
- Verify invoice numbers, amounts, account information, and other required details
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors and follow established procedures for resolution
- Maintain accurate and organized invoice records
- Complete assigned invoicing tasks within required timelines
- Follow department procedures and data-entry guidelines
- Support the Invoicing Department with additional clerical or administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience with invoice processing, billing, accounts payable support, or invoice data entry
- strong 10-key / numeric data-entry skills
- Experience reviewing invoices or billing information for accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive, high-volume processing
