Join a manufacturing team supporting daily mill operations in a hands-on industrial environment. PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable Mill Maintenance Associate to help maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas while supporting equipment upkeep and facility operations.
Location: Athens, TN
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Clean mill beds and pits to support safe, efficient operations.
- Oil and grease equipment as needed.
- Filter and clean mill lubrication materials.
- Clean and maintain mop stations and oil pits.
- Consolidate partial bundles on the production floor.
- Paint designated floor areas at the end of the workweek.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow established safety procedures.
- Assist with other general mill maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to perform hands-on, physically active work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work around industrial equipment and follow safety procedures.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing, industrial cleaning, or maintenance experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
