Pay: $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TIG Pipe Welder to join our team in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision or training.

This position involves precision TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel pipes, welding couplings and outlets, and assembling pipe sections while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
• Weld couplings and outlets onto carbon steel piping.
• Assemble pipe sections and spool pieces through precision pipe-to-pipe welding.
• Align fittings and ensure proper pipe fit-up before welding.
• Inspect welds and finished products for defects, cracks, splits, and other imperfections.
• Read a tape measure and verify measurements for accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and workplace safety concerns.
• Complete basic reading, writing, and computer-based training through Workday.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong TIG welding skills are required.
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipe.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and attendance.

Preferred Qualification: MIG welding experience is a plus.

Interview & Weld Test Requirements

• Candidates must complete a hands-on weld test during the interview.
• Bring your welding helmet and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Interviews and weld tests will take a minimum of 2 hours on-site .
• Candidates must confirm their interest, availability, and commitment before being submitted.
• Applicants must be prepared to attend all scheduled interviews if selected.

Schedule & Additional Information

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Employees are not required to clock out for lunch unless they leave the building.
• Pay rate: $27.00 per hour.
