LSI Staffing is now hiring Injection Molding Line Workers for a busy manufacturing facility! If you're dependable , ready to work, and looking for a long-term opportunity, this is your chance to get your foot in the door with a great company that values its employees.
Available Shifts:
B-SHIFT: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday – Tuesday
- 12-hour shifts
- Employees work 3 or 4 shifts per week , depending on the assigned schedule
What We Offer:
- $23.00/hour starting pay through LSI Staffing
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Upon conversion to a Sika employee, pay increases to $24.25/hour
- Union-paid benefits upon conversion
- Steady, full-time work
- 12-hour shift schedule
- On-the-job training provided
- Weekly pay through LSI Staffing
Requirements:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
