Temp to Hire

LSI staffing is seeking production/installer associates for our valued customer located in Cumming, Ga.

The Production Worker / Installer is responsible for supporting both the manufacturing and installation of custom sports facility products and requires work in both a manufacturing environment and at customer locations throughout Georgia and, when necessary, other states.

**Construction working background is a plus!

Monday through Friday,

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime, evening, weekend, and travel work may be required during peak seasons once part of installation team.

Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour ( Negotiable based on experience )

Qualifications:

• Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line operations.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation (certification preferred).

Duties:

• Operate various manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring efficient production flow while adhering to safety standards.
• Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to accurately assemble components and products.
• Use measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise measurements and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Manage manual handling and heavy lifting to move materials safely within the factory or installation site.
