Kforce's client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an Analyst to support acquisitions, asset management, finance, and investor relations. This on-site role offers broad exposure to commercial real estate investments, financial modeling, and capital markets. Responsibilities:
- Build financial models and investment pro formas
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence
- Analyze cash flows, valuations, and investment performance
- Conduct market research and support leasing activity
- Assist with debt/equity raises and investor reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of waterfalls, preferred returns, and IRR modeling
- Commercial real estate experience and Argus/Yardi preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
