Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will help identify opportunities for increased efficiency, support business objectives, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Duties Include:
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Support business improvement initiatives and project-based work
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and drive outcomes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership and key stakeholders
- Assist with planning, prioritization, and execution of business initiatives
- Investigate and resolve issues through research and data-driven analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting processes, and business records
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools
- Experience working with enterprise software applications and data systems
- Familiarity with process improvement concepts and best practices
- Exposure to project coordination or supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Experience in business analysis, reporting, data analysis, or a related function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data manipulation
- Ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
