We are looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join a high-end automotive shop in Rockville, MD. This position will focus on installing PPF on luxury and performance vehicles, including Lamborghini, Porsche, Tesla, Audi, and similar high-end brands.
The ideal candidate is confident working on expensive vehicles, can complete full-car PPF installations efficiently, and consistently produces clean, high-quality work. Years of experience are less important than actual skill, speed, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Install full-body PPF wraps on luxury and high-end vehicles Complete full-car installations within approximately one working day Perform both custom/bulk PPF installations and pre-cut kit installations Properly prep vehicle surfaces before installation Deliver clean installations with strong attention to edges, seams, alignment, bubbles, and overall finish Work carefully around high-end paint, body panels, trim, sensors, and other vehicle components Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications
Must have hands-on PPF installation experience Must be comfortable working on high-end/luxury vehicles Ability to complete full-car PPF installations quickly without sacrificing quality Experience with both custom/bulk installs and pre-cut kits preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Automotive wrapping/tint experience is a plus, but PPF experience is the priority
Most important: We are looking for someone who can be given a Lamborghini, Porsche, Tesla, Audi, or similar vehicle and confidently complete a high-quality full-body PPF installation with minimal oversight.
