Sr. Principal Software Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

10-12 years of software engineering experience - this is a senior principal level role

Must be an Agentic AI Native Developer - ability to design and develop agents, not just use them

Must have experience developing and hosting MCP servers Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL

Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms (KOB), and Linux/Windows Server

DevOps and security tooling experience - vulnerability scanning, remediation, security integrations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agent Platform knowledge and familiarity with agent loop/spec-driven development

Experience with SSO/SAML and enterprise system integrations

Familiarity with LLMOps, prompt/response caching, and AI evaluation frameworks

Background in DevSecOps or software supply chain security

Job Description

This is a senior-level engineering role focused on Agentic AI Native development within a large-scale enterprise technology environment. The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience and deep expertise in LLMs, agent loop engineering, MCP server development, and cloud-native container platforms. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must, as this person will partner with engineering leads, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and solution adoption.
