Experience supporting high-volume or technical recruiting. Experience coordinating multi-person or panel interviews. Familiarity with recruiting workflows from application through offer and onboarding. Experience working in Workday Recruiting or another enterprise ATS. Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple locations or time zones.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the day-to-day recruiting and hiring process. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to coordinate interviews, maintain accurate recruiting documentation, and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable coordinating across different teams and schedules.
