Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in WAN provisioning, telecom coordination, network operations, or a similar role.
- Experience managing WAN/telecom procurement and provisioning from quote through installation and activation.
- Working knowledge of networking technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and WAN circuits.
- Strong telecom background with experience working directly with carriers and vendors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, and large datasets/reports.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing circuit inventories, location records, invoices, and telecom documentation.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and professionalism to communicate directly with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Experience with Starlink or other satellite connectivity solutions. Experience with network automation tools. Microsoft Visio experience. Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a WAN Provisioning Coordinator to support their client's enterprise network and telecom environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end provisioning and lifecycle management of WAN circuits and telecom services across multiple client locations.
This role requires someone who can manage the details of circuit ordering, disconnects, carrier coordination, Starlink orders, invoice validation, quote follow-up, and reporting, while maintaining an accurate big-picture view of this client's telecom environment. The ideal candidate combines a strong telecom/WAN background with excellent organization, Excel skills, vendor management, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end WAN provisioning process, including obtaining quotes, submitting requests, placing orders, coordinating installations, and tracking circuits through completion.
- Coordinate circuit activations, changes, upgrades, and disconnects across Ryder locations.
- Manage Starlink/satellite service ordering and tracking alongside traditional telecom circuits.
- Partner directly with telecom carriers and vendors to track orders, resolve issues, manage escalations, and follow up on outstanding quotes or deliverables.
- Support WAN procurement activities and maintain accurate records across carriers, circuits, locations, orders, and associated costs.
- Review and validate large telecom invoices, identifying discrepancies and ensuring billing aligns with active services and circuit records.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, and large data exports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for WAN circuits, telecom assets, vendor commitments, and provisioning activity.
- Coordinate network connectivity requirements for new locations, infrastructure changes, and other network initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, network engineering, operations, procurement, and external vendors to keep projects and provisioning activities on track.
- Prepare status updates, reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, document commitments and action items, and drive follow-up through completion.
