Your new role As a Senior Preconstruction Manager based in the Richmond office, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading bids for multifamily projects ranging from $8M to $100M. This is a strategic hire aimed at deepening the firm’s multifamily capabilities during a period of accelerated growth.
- Project Types: Stick-built, negotiated multifamily construction
- Team Size: 3-person preconstruction team, 30-person multifamily group
- Travel Radius: Projects within 45 miles of Richmond
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience within a general contractor environment bidding on multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong ownership mindset and collaborative spirit
- Desire for long-term career growth
What you'll get in return
- Competitive base salary $150,000 - $165,000 (Compensation will be commensurate with experience)
