What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting while working closely with BCBAs and families.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and maintain accurate session data
- Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals
- Create fun, engaging, and motivating learning opportunities
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

Qualifications:
- Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
