What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client progress data
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members
• Create engaging and supportive learning opportunities
• Help children develop skills that improve independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Monday - Friday
• Afternoon - Early Evening Hours
• Typical Schedule: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
