What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician with EzCare ABA, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting while helping children develop critical communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Celebrate meaningful client milestones and progress
