Make an Impact Every Day
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, helping them develop the skills they need to become more independent and successful.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record client progress data
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Create engaging, positive, and supportive learning experiences
- Celebrate meaningful progress and life-changing milestones

Qualifications:
- Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous ABA experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is highly valued
- Reliable transportation
- Background check required
