This is an ideal position for RBTs seeking additional afternoon hours, a dependable schedule, and the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with clients and their families.

What You'll Be Doing As an RBT with EzCare ABA, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, helping them build critical communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collecting and recording client data accurately
• Creating engaging and motivating learning opportunities
• Collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors
• Supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
• Celebrating client progress and meaningful milestones
• Every session provides an opportunity to help a child gain confidence, independence, and new skills that can positively impact their future.

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
