Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close activities, compliance, budgeting support, and maintaining strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, driving team performance, process improvements, and adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and variance reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- CPA designation is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close processes, and internal controls.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
Compensation:
