Data Entry- Raiser’s Edge NXT

Position: Data Entry Clerk Client: Nonprofit Organization Location: New York, NY – Hybrid Pay Rate: $25–$26/hour Duration: 6 months, potential temp-to-perm Schedule: Part-time, 30–35 hours/week

Overview:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with hands-on Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT experience and at least 2 years of CRM experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate donor, gift, and pledge records in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Process donations and update donor information.
• Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and donor acknowledgments.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Raiser's Edge NXT experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of CRM experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Nonprofit or gift-processing experience preferred.
