Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Analyze & Optimize: Interpret financial data to uncover trends, resolve variances, and provide analyses that guide business decisions.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold financial integrity by ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP, regulatory guidelines, and corporate policies.
- Champion Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline general ledger workflows and leverage automation to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain Accuracy: Prepare journal entries and meticulously reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Empower Stakeholders: Deliver ad-hoc reporting and coach cross-functional partners on the adoption of advanced analytical tools.
Qualifications for Success Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in corporate accounting or finance.
- Robust understanding of US GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a methodical approach to interpreting financial statements.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders effectively without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA designation or familiarity with IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Blackline reconciliation platforms.
- Proven background in process mapping and automation tools.
