salary: $17 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
The Assembly Department is a hands-on production team responsible for assembling components into completed products and displays. Team members use a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and other assembly equipment, to put together parts according to specifications and work instructions. Employees should be able to read a tape measure, follow assembly instructions, inspect completed work, and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards before moving to the next stage of production or shipment. We value dependable, hardworking individuals who work well as part of a team and are willing to learn, and we are happy to provide training. We are looking for people interested in long-term employment, with the goal of developing strong temporary employees into permanent members of the team.
