Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a bilingual representative to handle high-volume inbound calls (up to 40 calls/day, lasting up to 45 minutes) providing support in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Previous call center, customer service, or clerical experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls: Handle up to 40 incoming calls daily, conducting in-depth customer interactions lasting up to 45 minutes per call.
• Provide bilingual customer support: Deliver professional verbal assistance and resolve inquiries fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Utilize office and business software: Navigate computer systems and leverage Microsoft Office products to document information, maintain records, and manage daily tasks.
• Execute clerical and administrative duties: Apply general office practices to log call details, route inquiries, and process relevant administrative data.
