Randstad has partnered with an organization to assist with filling their open temporary need for a Scheduler. This role will be handling communications with clients and technicians to coordinate service calls. It is a busy and fast paced environment and they are looking for someone who has excellent customer service, organizational, and detail oriented skills. This is a temporary position with potential for longer term. Screenings: Background check and Drug Screen
salary: $24 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls
- Track customer information and service details in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor job statuses and follow up with clients accordingly
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with discrepancies
- Prioritize emergency calls
- Assist with billing
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
