We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Production Supervisor to lead our assembly and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of production technicians, optimize assembly processes, ensure strict ISO/FDA regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
- Team Leader capable of developing team structure.
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills.
- Experience in the implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and 5S.
- Interfaces with Materials Management to coordinate materials for production.
- Reviews and discusses production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems with production supervisors.
- 5+ years of production experience
- Experience working in a union environment
