Our client in Coppell, TX, is seeking an Operations Supervisor. The role oversee machine operators,expeditors,and order stagers ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The ideal candidate:
- 3 years of leadership experience in print, manufacturing, or fulfillment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Analytical skills for managing capacity data and departmental KPIs.
The position offers a base salary ( salary may be negotiable based on experience) plus Weekend Shift Differential/ OT and bonus pay. What we Offer:

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of production staff and supervisors. Oversee performance appraisals, compensation reviews, training, and continuous employee development.
- Adapt departmental priorities and resource allocations to overcome daily operational challenges and maintain production schedules.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational bottlenecks, serving as a technical resource for team members and internal partners.
- Ensure team output meets established quality standards, production volumes, and delivery schedules within budgetary and policy guidelines.
The essential functions of this role include:
