Location: Fayetteville, TN Starting Pay: $32.57 per hour + year-end bonus eligibility!

What You’ll Do: Keep our production running smoothly! You will perform crucial preventive maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems, fabricate repair parts, and operate heavy equipment. As our go-to expert, you will also help maintain our facility, manage parts inventory, and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Welding skills and a working knowledge of CNC equipment.
- Building maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulics.
- Heavy equipment operation experience (skid steers, backhoes, forklifts, and scissor lifts).
- critical thinking skills and the discipline to execute tasks independently.

Responsibilities
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
