Join Our Client, an industry leader in beauty innovation! We're seeking a Lab Technician proficient in MS Suite with a passion for personal care products to execute lab protocols, manage sample logistics, and support sensory studies.

responsibilities:
- Prepare test samples, execute experimental protocols, and maintain laboratory equipment and supply inventory.
- Log, coordinate, and track product samples and orders from study initialization through completion.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of study data, protocol adjustments, and operational logs.
- Collaborate closely with evaluation teams, sensory panelists, and study volunteers during product testing.
- Manage multiple appointments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing testing needs.
qualifications:
Self-motivated team player with exceptional organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with confidence in learning new software programs.
Passion for personal care/cosmetic products and the ability to work on-site in Clark, NJ 4 days a week, including standing for extended periods (salon or spa experience is preferred).
