⏰ Schedule & Opportunities
We offer both part-time and full-time positions to fit different scheduling needs.
🌞 Full-Time Server
- Regular day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Eligible for our full-time benefits package, including paid time off and additional employee perks.
🕓 Part-Time Server
- Must be able to work 2 weekday shifts and every other weekend
- Shifts may include days (7am-3pm), evenings (3pm-7pm), weekends, and holidays based on department needs.
Reliability and consistent scheduling are important in both positions as we work together to provide excellent service to our residents.
🍴 What You'll Do
As a Server (Dietary Aide), you'll help make every meal a positive experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving meals and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
- Assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup.
- Preparing dining areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and infection-prevention procedures.
- Responding to residents' requests and communicating dietary or service concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Working collaboratively with the Dining Services team to keep mealtimes running smoothly.
- Treating residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with kindness and respect.

You'll be a great fit if you are:
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Someone who enjoys serving others and creating positive experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Able to follow directions and established food safety procedures.
- Willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required for your position.
Previous food service, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
