⏰ Your Schedule

• 📅 Every weekend
• ☀️ Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 💰 Additional $5/hour weekend incentive, plus applicable shift differentials.

💙 What You'll Do

As a Weekend CNA, you'll provide hands-on care that helps residents feel comfortable, safe, respected, and supported throughout the day.

• 🩺 Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• 🍽️ Support residents with meals, hydration, and mobility as needed.
• 💙 Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being.
• 👀 Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• 📝 Document care accurately and follow resident care plans.
• 🤝 Collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to provide quality, person-centered care.
• 🛡️ Follow infection control procedures, safety standards, and resident rights policies.

✅ What We're Looking For

• ✔️ Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• ✔️ High school diploma or GED.
• ✔️ Previous healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living experience preferred.
• ✔️ Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for older adults.
• ✔️ Strong communication skills, dependability, and a team-focused attitude.
• ✔️ Commitment to working every weekend, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
