We’re hiring compassionate CNAs for multiple opportunities on our Skilled Nursing team!
- ☀️ Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- ☀️ Part-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 📅 Every Other Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 🌆 Full-Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 🌆 Part-Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 🔄 PRN/Flex: All shifts available!
💵 Competitive Pay & Shift Differentials
- Earn $21–$24 per hour, including applicable shift differentials.
- Opportunities for shift differentials of up to $5.50 extra per hour, depending on the shift and applicable differentials.

🩺 What You’ll Do
As a CNA at Peter Becker Community, you’ll play an important role in helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
- Supporting residents’ independence, safety, and well-being.
- Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to deliver quality care.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
