We’re currently hiring for two exciting opportunities in our Skilled Nursing team.

⏰ Available RN Opportunities

🌆 Full-Time RN Supervisor - Evening Shift

• Schedule: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Full-time opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring quality resident care.

🔄 Per Diem RN - Flex/Pool

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Minimum of 3 shifts per month, including at least 2 weekend shifts

• Work 2 holidays per year: one winter holiday and one summer holiday

• Ideal for an RN seeking a flexible schedule while remaining an important part of our nursing team.

🩺 What You’ll Do

As an RN at Peter Becker Community, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing and overseeing resident care in accordance with individual care plans and established standards.

• Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes in health status.

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.

• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

For the RN Supervisor role: You’ll also provide clinical leadership, support and guide nursing staff, help coordinate shift operations, and address resident care concerns as they arise.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

• Previous nursing or senior living experience preferred.

• Leadership experience is a plus for the RN Supervisor position.
