Pay Rate: $28.97 p/h
Additional $4.50/Hour Shift Differential
About the Role
Hubbell is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production machinery during weekend night operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working independently in a manufacturing environment.
You'll support machinery including motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, production equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Replace motors, bearings, belts, and machine components
- Support plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance projects
- Use welding and fabrication equipment as needed
- Test machinery after repairs and adjustments
- Help improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
What We're Looking For
- Industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with motors, conveyors, pumps, or machinery
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Pneumatic system experience preferred
- Welding, fabrication, or plumbing experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
- Push up to 75 pounds when necessary
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in an industrial environment
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
- Long sleeves required while working
