Are you organized, customer-focused, and skilled at keeping operations running smoothly? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate field technicians, manage schedules, and support efficient service delivery for a leader in the smart energy and automation industry.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and work orders.
- Monitor workloads and adjust schedules as priorities change.
- Coordinate with technicians, project managers, customers, and internal support teams.
- Communicate appointment updates, delays, and service information.
- Track job progress, resolve scheduling challenges, and escalate urgent issues.
- Maintain accurate work orders, dispatch logs, and service management records.
- Support reporting, quality assurance, and shift handoffs.
What you’ll bring
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or work order management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of field service operations and technician coordination.
- Experience managing multiple technicians across geographic regions.
- Data analysis, reporting, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
