Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can learn new skills and be part of a team that builds quality products? We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience who enjoy working with their hands and taking pride in their work.

What You'll Do

• Operate production and coil winding equipment.
• Assemble electrical components using tools, wire, insulation, and other materials.
• Perform basic soldering and wire connection tasks.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and repetitive hand motions.
• Able to stand, sit, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
