Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this per diem, fully remote role, you will deliver high-quality mental health care through virtual sessions, including conducting assessments, building treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions that support emotional well-being and improve our clients’ quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and create appropriate treatment plans.
- Lead virtual individual and group counseling sessions over Zoom, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.
- Commit to at least 15 hours of sessions per week.
- Keep accurate clinical records that meet regulatory standards, including ICD-10 diagnostic coding.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current LCSW license in good standing in New York State.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with diagnostic evaluations.
- Crisis intervention skills are highly desirable.
- Experience facilitating group therapy is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.
