Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Job Summary Mindset Mental Support is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide counseling services to individuals in a virtual (telehealth) setting. As an integral member of our team, you will support clients facing challenges by offering therapy in a supportive, confidential environment. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions virtually (telehealth)
- Conduct initial assessments and develop short-term treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care
Qualifications
- Active LMSW license in New York State
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
