Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions in a hybrid setting.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop short-term treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
