What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous assembly experience
- 5S knowledge or experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to multitask
- Verbal and written communication skills are critical
- Comfortable in a production environment
- Ability to reach quickly and efficiently to all assignments
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate
- Handle materials, packaging, applying correct labels, and confirm part identity by comparing details
- Receive, assemble, and store parts, materials and products
- Prepare parts and materials for shipment and pack material
- Verify materials and quantities, maintain inventory, and verify stock counts
- Move parts and materials to proper areas
- Operate a variety of motorized and hand powered material handling and semi-automated/automated packaging equipment
- Operate scales, postage meters, conveyor systems
- Perform work from printed, written, and verbal work order
- Maintain a variety of records pertaining to shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks
- Perform other tasks as assigned
