Start your new career as a Manufacturing Associate with MAU at Cooper Standard in Spartanburg, SC. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate equipment to form, cut, shape, mold, and finish automotive component parts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions
- Good attendance, dexterity, and eye and hand coordination
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Ability to complete all aspects of training on the job in a timely manner
What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Associate:
- Operate equipment which may include presses, cutting, staking and small mold equipment
- Possess ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Maintain established rate standards and documentation of utilization performance
- Maintain statistical quality data as outlined by control plans
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Follow all safety precautions, policies, and procedures
- Required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, speak and hear.
- May require infrequent lifting of up to 30+ lbs.
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- Perform other tasks as assigned
